Once a year, we open our throats and amplify our alcohol tolerances to ingest an inordinate amount of beer and deliciously raw Chuckanut bivalves - oysters, to be exact. This year's summer was no different. Here we are around a table with a healthy serving of beer, berry shortcake and bellies full o' bivalves! Can you say, "aphrodisiac??!" To my (Ali's) left at the table is the Reigning Skagit County Mud Run Champion, Matt Ritzy!
